Cancellation of order

 If you need to cancel the order after completing the payment, please send a system message to apply

 Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after entering the "delivery" status or later.

 

Conditions for return/refund 

 Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt and must be submitted through the order system or email. Returns without application will not be accepted

 The products must be unopened, with packaging and labels intact. According to the Consumer Protection Act, cosmetics and skin care products are considered personal hygiene products. Unsealed products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period and cannot be returned or exchanged once unsealed.

 Only returns of products purchased from this official platform are accepted, and when returning products, the products must be brand new and fully packaged (including products, gifts, and packaging boxes). All products in the entire order must be returned together, and partial returns are not allowed. If you have opened the box, removed the seal, or used any of the products in your order, you will not be able to return the product.
